head too!
Tip of the tail has a silver ring and plastic skull
shaped charm hanging from the ring. The charm can
be interchanged so you can always add your own
charm, or your house keys, lol!
Spikes are a special treated stiff felt. They will always
stick straight up! If they ever get creased, they are
easily ironed to be spikey again!
It is 23 inches around at the base and can stretch to
up to 29 inches. It's length is 29 inches from the top
to the bottom of the charm. If you want to wear cyber
or dread falls with it there is plenty of stretch!
