THE PLUSH COMMISSION SCHEDULE IS CHANGING! WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT PLUSH REQUESTS ALL YEAR ROUND, ONLY IN SEPTEMBER - NOVEMBER 2012 FOR CHRISTMAS ORDERS AND MAY-JUNE 2013 FOR SUMMER BIRTHDAYS AND CONVENTIONS. Currently we only have a couple spots left for plush to be completed in May - June of this year. Afterward, Crizl is starting an entirely new business. She did a long business evaluation and the plush request business is simply too unstable to make a reasonable living. We don't want to stop making plush forever, so we'll still offer to make them twice a year rather than all year. There is a form to fill out and submit located at the bottom of this page. Due to the high demand of requests we have been getting, we can no longer guarantee completing a plushie by a specific date. However, we will do out best to complete any request 4-8 weeks. ^_^ STEP 2 : FIND REFERENCE IMAGES TO SEND TO US!! We will need at least 2-3 images so we know what your requested character looks like. You can include links to the images in the form. If you prefer to send images as email attachments, submit the form without any image links, wait for our reply, then include image attachments in your reply. STEP 3 : DECIDE WHAT SIZE YOU WOULD LIKE!! Our plushies come in 5 sizes, BEFORE the hair is added! The prices are fixed, non-negotiable, only include our standard human shape as seen in the galleries. Special items may be added, such as weapons or jewelry, but only at additional costs. Extremely complex designs might also be subject to additional charges, to cover extra material costs and labor. SIZE AND PRICE: (Please note these sizes are for the bodies before hair is added. ALL WEAPONS AND ANY LOGOS, TATTOOS, SPECIAL FABRICS, ETC WILL COST A LITTLE EXTRA!!! ;3 ) 10 inches - $105 USD + Shipping (Average shipping cost $9 within US) 14 inches - $150 USD + Shipping (Average shipping cost $15 within US) 18 inches - $190 USD + Shipping (Average shipping cost $18 within US) 24 inches - $220 USD + Shipping (Average shipping cost $25 within US) STEP 4 : FILL OUT THE FORM AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE AND SUBMIT!! ^_^ Please allow 2-3 days for a reply!! Usually it should only take 1 day, but please allow at least 2-3 days - we may be busy! STEP 5 : WAIT FOR A REPLY THEN SEND PAYMENT!! If we are able to accept your request, we will reply to you and let you know payment information! PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF REQUEST CONFIRMATION!!! If you need more than 3 days to pay, please let us know a specific date that is best for you. Please note that we arrange schedule by the dates payments were received, not by the dates requests were made. (We have issues with customers making requests and end up not paying, so to be fair to our customers who make prompt payments, we have to give them priority.) Currently plush orders take around 6-8 weeks to complete for standard human shape and 8-12 weeks for a custom requested shape. Progress pictures are sent at halfway point of construction. ^_^ |
HOW THE SCHEDULE WORKS! - Listed below are the current month and the next 2 upcoming months. We are constantly receiving orders, so this means there are other people ahead of you awaiting orders. ^_^ Crizl is the main plush artist who does nearly all the construction work, so please be understanding that all these plush are being made by 1 person. (She does get occasional cutting assistance, shipping help, and website and advertising help, but the actual plushie construction is all one girl! ;3)
OPEN!! - Indicates that Crizl plans to free for new plush orders at that time. All others should be finished
LIMITED!! - Indicates that Crizl already has plush work lined up, however, more can possibly be taken on.
BOOKED!! - Indicates that Crizl has many orders to complete at that time and cannot take any more
CLOSED!! - Indicates a holiday or time off that Crizl is taking and will not be working on any plush work.
OUR SCHEDULE IS BOOKED UNTIL MARCH!! I will be attending 4 conventions this spring to start promoting my artwork and less of my sewing work. Three of the conventions are all in April, out of town, so no plushies will be worked on during the entire month of April. New requests can still be accepted, but please note that I cannot start sewing them until May of 2012.

1. ) Due to the nature of making special requested plush items, we cannot guarantee a completed plushie by a specific date, deadline, or certain amount of time. We have learned that is it nearly impossible to predict an exact estimate of when we can complete a plushie. This is due to the fact that we simply cannot have every single possible type of material we will need for all the requests we receive. We usually keep alot on hand, but we usually each request requires that we shop around for at least a couple things we don't have here. Some materials can be difficult to find. (You would be surprised how long it can take just to find a certain color or type of fabric in a special color, pattern, type of button, etc. We do our best to make sure we don't take longer than 4-8 weeks, but requests can take longer, it depends on our schedule and the complexity of your request and any others we are working on at that time. If you need your request in time for a birthday or special event, we can do our best to get your plushie in time for you, we can usually meet most deadlines! ^_^ However, we cannot guarantee any specific date. 2. ) We do not issue refunds! Payments cover material costs and a service, we're not a store with pre-stocked items. The only conditions where refunds may be given would be if we have any possible emergencies where we are unable to fill your request, or if a refund request is made before we have done any work/purchased materials. Please note that when using PayPal, fees are subtracted, so any refunds would reflect the PayPal fees. 3.) Please do not ask for changes after a commission request has been made. Once construction and sewing has been done, it cannot be undone. 4. ) We must receive your payment within 3 days after we have agreed to your commission. If you need more than 3 days, please let us know! We completely understand that some folks need to wait until payday, after bills are paid, etc. All we ask is that you give us a specific date you will be ready to make payment. However, if that date comes by and payment has not been received, other orders will be placed ahead of yours. WE DO NOT HOLD SPOTS IN THE SCHEDULE WITHOUT A PAYMENT. Half payments can be made, however, this only holds your spot and gets the basics started. The final construction of your plush will not be started until payment is made in full. No exceptions. 5. ) Our prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE. This means we cannot change/lower the prices. 6.) Our business is only part-time, plushie construction is scheduled around our other jobs. (Crizl has 2 other jobs in addition to the plushie business! ^_^) We do our best to ensure our plushies are finished in a timely manner and meet any specified deadlines. However, sometimes we do experience unpredictable delays. Please understand that sometimes we may go over the amount of time we initially estimated to have your plushie finished. Of course we will always be sure to keep you updated if any delays occur. 7. ) We choose all the materials for your plushie. If you have any allergy concerns or personal preferences, please let us know in advance. 8. ) All human type plush are done with the same style pattern. If a character with a different shape is requested, we may need to charge extra to draft a new special pattern. All are in a standing upright pose with arms straight at their sides. Different poses may also require extra charges since we will need to draft a new pattern. 9. ) Please allow extra time for any special requests you may have. Some materials and colors may be difficult to find and we may need a couple days to find them or have them ordered. 10. ) Although a plushie only takes about 5-20 hours to construct, it may take up to 6-8 weeks from time of payment to delivery. (Non-Human custom shape requests take longer.) We work other jobs and have other plushies lined up, so please understand we need to work in your request around our other work. We do out best to have all sorts of materials ready on hand, but often we need to order special colors and such which can take a few days to a couple weeks to receive in the mail. We will be happy to let you know the times we will be working on your plush so you will know when to expect updates and when they will be shipped! 11. ) All of our work is considered fan art, meaning it is for fans for fan purposes only. We are not trying to claim any characters or series as our own, and these are not intended for resale. 12. ) We will not create anything sexually explicit. 13. ) Our plushies are not intended for small children, they contain small pieces that could possibly be removed and swallowed. If you would like a plush for a small child, please let us know, we can make sure it is child-safe! 14. ) All of our prices are fixed, however, if you have an overly detailed request that we feel would require higher costs, we will let you know. We will be happy to negotiate a price within your budget. 15. ) Please do not ask if we can use internet chat to discuss your plushie commission. We do not have enough time to chat, we need all the time we can get to complete your plush. 16.) We cannot make a plushie of a character that already has been made officially as a licensed plush toy or make identical copies. However, if you want a completely different version of a character that has already been made, that would be fine, but we do not want to be accused of bootlegging. 17.) Clothing on the plushies is not removable. 18.) Please trust our judgment when it comes to choices of materials and construction techniques. We only deliver high quality work that is designed to last for years to come. ^_^ We are completely open to special requests, however and send progress pictures, however, please note that we can't really arrange for every single detail to be watched over and approved by customers. This would take too much time that is not budgeted in our prices, also is quite stressful. 19.) We own a really fuzzy cat! If you have pet dander allergies, we may not be able to make a product that is totally pet dander free. She is very clean and generally stays away from our sewing supplies, also we clean up plushies before they are shipped, but we cannot guarantee 100% dander free. 19.) We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission request at any time. If we feel we are being harassed, or the commission request could be used as something dishonest, a cruel joke, or if we feel we cannot meet special standards you have in mind, we may refuse. 20.) We no longer will create animal plush, only human shaped plush as you see in the gallery. IF YOU WANT A PLUSH IN A DIFFERENT SHAPE THAT IS NOT IN OUR GALLERY, IT WILL TAKE A SIGNIFICANTLY LONGER AMOUNT OF TIME FOR US TO MAKE YOU A NEW PATTERN AND TEST IT!!! ^_^" Legal Info - All characters belong to their respective owners/copyrights, we do not claim any rights to any of them, unless noted.
